Ingredients:
1 pound sirloin steak
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
4 whole radishes, to garnish
for the marinade
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 cup dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry
2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
Preparation:
cut the beef into thin strips
place in a bowl
to make the marinade, combine the garlic, soy sauce, sherry and sugar in another bowl
pour it over the beef and let marinade overnight in the refrigerator
heat a wok, then add the oil
when the oil is hot, add the meat and the marinade and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes
garnish with whole radish on each plate.
