Asian Beef

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound sirloin steak
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 4 whole radishes, to garnish

    for the marinade
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 2 teaspoons dark brown sugar

Preparation:

  • cut the beef into thin strips
  • place in a bowl
  • to make the marinade, combine the garlic, soy sauce, sherry and sugar in another bowl
  • pour it over the beef and let marinade overnight in the refrigerator
  • heat a wok, then add the oil
  • when the oil is hot, add the meat and the marinade and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes
  • garnish with whole radish on each plate.
