Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Medium Onions -- Sliced
3 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
2 Pounds Meat -- Chicken Or Lamb
1 Cup Stock
Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
2 Pounds Asparagus
3 Medium Pototes -- Sliced
1 Lemon Lemon Juice
Preparation:
sauté onions meat and garlic in oil for 10 minutes;
add stock, salt and pepper, cover and simmer 10 minutes;
add potatoes, cover, simmer 20 mintues;
add asparages, cover and simmer 7 minutes
remove from heat
stir in lemon juice
serve over rice.
