Kahlua Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg chocolate cake mix
  • 1 pkg Sour cream (Full-size container)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup Kahlua (or coffee-flavored liqueur)
  • 1 pkg instant chocolate pudding (small)
  • 1 pkg chocolate chips (regular size bag)
  • Confectioner's sugar (Powdered)
  • Full size Bundt pan
  • Pam or greasing agent

Preparation:

  • Preheat oven to 350° F
  • Mix first 6 ingredients into a bowl until thoroughly mixed
  • Mix in the chocolate chips and blend by hand (not mixer)
  • Thoroughly grease a Bundt pan and pour in cake batter
  • Bake for at least 55 minutes
  • After 55 minutes, use a toothpick or straw from broom and test
  • if not done, bake at 5 minute intervals or best judgment
  • Let it cool for several hours and remove from pan
  • Generously powder with confectioner's (powdered) sugar
