Strawberry Coulis

Ingredients:
- 10 oz strawberries, washed, dried and cut into quarters
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp water
Preparation:
- In a small saucepan over moderate-low heat, combine ingredients.
- When it reaches a simmer, remove from heat.
- Pour into a food processor and pulse several times until partially chunky.
