Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 2 cups rice crispies
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 tsp oil
Preparation:
- bring butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup to a boil over medium heat.
- remove and stir in 1/2 cup butterscotch chips.
- stir until melted.
- stir in rice crispies.
- press nito a greased 8-inch square pan.
- melt 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate
- spread evenly over surface of bars.
- melt 1/4 cup butterscotch chips with oil over hot water.
- drizzle in lines over surface of bars.
- chill.
- cut into bars.
