Tiger Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 2 cups rice crispies
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 tsp oil

Preparation:

  • bring butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup to a boil over medium heat.
  • remove and stir in 1/2 cup butterscotch chips.
  • stir until melted.
  • stir in rice crispies.
  • press nito a greased 8-inch square pan.
  • melt 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate
  • spread evenly over surface of bars.
  • melt 1/4 cup butterscotch chips with oil over hot water.
  • drizzle in lines over surface of bars.
  • chill.
  • cut into bars.
