Zucchini Cake

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup graham wafer crumbs
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups grated unpeeled zuccini
1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts)
1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
Preparation:
Combine flour, graham crumbs, baking powder, soda, salt and spices.
Add zuccini and nuts toss lightly.
Beat oil, sugar and eggs until creamy, add zuccini crumb mixture, beat well.
Pour in greased 10 inch Bundt pan or large tube pan.
Bake at 300 degree F for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
