½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. sugar
1 cup orange juice
2 tbsp. fish sauce
1 tbsp. honey

Heat the oil in a sauté pan until hot
Sauté garlic and onion until light brown
Add chicken, orange zest and sesame seeds
Stir-fry until golden brown
Pour orange sauce over chicken, add orange slices and simmer over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes
To serve: place chicken in a serving dish, arranging the orange slices attractively on top
Serve with rice & snow peas
Notes:
we enjoyed this recipe, and would make it again.
the snow peas were not part of the original recipe, but we think it adds a nice touch... broccoli might also be a good alternative.
