Cinnamon Raisin Bread II

I thought I had found a new variation of recipe for cinnamon raisin bread, but as it turns out, this version is very similar to the one I had made before. I guess the big difference is that this version does not use egg and uses more raisins. since this version has more raisins that the previous one, i'd probably make this version again.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup skim milk powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (or bread flour)
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 tsp. bread machine yeast
  • 1 cup raisins

Preparation:

  • measure all ingredients except raisins into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
  • insert pan into the oven chamber
  • select sweet cycle
  • add raisins at "add ingredients" signal.
