i've now gotten to the point that if I find a bread recipe that is close to what I need, I feel confident enough in making small modification. This recipe was originally on an orange & cinnamon bread... but it just screamed for dried cranberries... although next time, maybe only 1/2 cup instead.

• 1 cup orange juice
• 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
• 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
• 3 cups white bread flour
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
• 1 Cup dried cranberries

• Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
• select sweet bread cycle and Light Crust; start machine.
• add cranberries at the add ingredient signal.
