Dragonfruit Jam

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups prepared fruit
    (scoop out the inside and mash them)
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 box pectin
  • 4 1/2 cups sugar

Preparation:

  • bring prepared fruit, lemon juice and pectin to a boil
  • add sugar and bring to a boil
  • once hard boil is achieved, boil 1 minute more
  • remove from heat and place in prepared jars
  • place sealed jars in bath bath for 10 minutes
  • remove & cool
