Pineapple Jam

Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups finely chopped pineapple (you should get that from 2 pineapples).
1 box pectin crystals (not liquid)
5 1/2 cups granulated sugar
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation:
Chop pineapples (chopped them very fine in the blender!)
add juice from lemon.
add pectin crystals and then put on high heat (until boiling)
stir in 5 1/2 cups of sugar and get it to a rolling boil for 1 minute.
stir for 5 minutes and put in jars
