Sweet Chile Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon table salt
- 1 to 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, grated
Preparation:
- Bring the vinegar, sugar and salt to a boil in a saucepan and cook until dissolved.
- Simmer until thickened and reduced by half, about 15 minutes.
- Stir in the crushed red pepper, ginger and garlic, and serve.
