Sautéed Mongolian Beef

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 3/4 cup Chicken Broth
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 lbs stir fry beef
- 3 green onions, diced
- 1 tbsp. corn starch
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce with chicken broth, brown sugar and cornstarch.
- In a skillet, heat a little canola oil over medium heat.
- Cook the beef strips 1 minute on each side.
- Add the sauce and, if desired, the garlic.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions.
Notes:
- Sam also included carrots and red peppers.
