Asian Beef
Ingredients:
- 1 pound sirloin steak
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 4 whole radishes, to garnish
for the marinade
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
Preparation:
- cut the beef into thin strips
- place in a bowl
- to make the marinade, combine the garlic, soy
sauce, sherry and sugar in another bowl
- pour it over the beef and let marinade overnight
in the refrigerator
- heat a wok, then add the oil
- when the oil is hot, add the meat and the
marinade and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes
- garnish with whole radish on each plate.
