beef and garlic

Prepared: 2005-10-17

Ingredients:
- 1 lb boned sirloin steak, sliced into 1/4-inch strips
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 cups bok choy, chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1/3 cup beef broth
- 3 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation:
- Combine beef and garlic in a bowl and chill for 10 minutes.
- Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray; heat until hot.
- Add beef and garlic, sauté 5 minutes or until beef is done.
- Remove beef from pan and keep warm.
- Combine bok choy and green onions in skillet and sauté for about 2 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer 3 minutes or until slightly thick.
