Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter
topping:
- 2 cups coconut
- 1 cup sliced cherries
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can eagle brand milk
Preparation:
- mix all dry ingredients and butter.
- press into 8 inch square pan.
- bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees
- pour topping on.
- bake for another 35 minutes at 325 degrees
- ice with butter icing when cool
