Cauliflower & Canned Salmon

Ingredients:
- 1 small cauliflower - chopped into bite size pieces
- 1 can salmon
- ½ onion - chopped
- 3 cloves garlic - chopped
- 2 chilis - chopped
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp curry powder or paste
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6 curry leaves
- 1 tomato - chopped
- water - if needed
Preparation:
- heat oil in a medium pot
- add onion, garlic, seeds and curry leaves
- stir
- add tumeric and curry powder or paste
- stir
- add cauliflower, chili and salt
- cook for 5 minutes
- add a little water if it sticks to the pan
- after 10 minutes add salmon and tomato
- dish takes approximately 25 minutes to cook
serve with rice, roti or pita bread
