chive garlic butter
Ingredients:
1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon of chives (mixed regular and garlic chives)
Preparation:
Blend butter with a mixer until creamy.
Add chives and mix.
Spoon butter onto a piece of parchment paper.
Fold over and squeeze butter into a roll.
Twist ends together and freeze.
notes:
Really you can use whatever herbs you want to.
And if you don't have garlic or chinese chives, you can substitute a bit of garlic.
