creamy coleslaw
Ingredients:
- 3 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 2 large carrots, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- dressing:
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 1 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. celery seeds
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation:
- in large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, mustard, celery seeds, salt & pepper
- add cabbage, carrots and green onion to bowl.
- stir to coat well
