Double Pumpkin, Cranberry and Raisin Bread
This bread is great to make when you have a bunch of overripe or frozen bananas to use up.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 3 tbsp margarine, butter or vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp bread-machine yeast
- 1/3 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen whole cranberries
- 1/2 cup raisins
Preparation:
- Add all ingredients except pumpkin seeds, cranberries and raisins to machine according to manufacturer's directions.
- Select sweet or basic white cycle.
- Add seeds, cranberries and raisins at ingredient signal (or about 20 to 30 minutes into the cycle).
