Prepared: 2006-03-11

Ingredients:
- 1.5 recipe chocolate cupcakes
- 1 recipe cream cheese icing
- green food colouring
- 3 or 4 red licorice sticks
- black icing writer (or reserve some of cream cheese icing and colour it black)
- 48 white chocolate rounds (the little round disks available at Bulk Barn)
- 48 green chocolate rounds
Preparation:
- Make chocolate cupcakes and let cool.
- Make cream cheese icing and colour it to desired colour of green.
- Top the cupcakes with the icing.
- Use 1 white and 1 green chocolate round back to back for each eye, sticking them into the cupcake slightly.
- Use black icing writer to add black spots to ice, nose spots and a smiling mouth.
- Cut licorice tongues and place them on the mouths.
