icing

Ingredients:

• 2 1/2 cups icing sugar (approx)
• 3 tbsp milk

Preparation:

• In bowl, mix icing sugar with milk
• adding up to 1/4 cup more sugar as needed to make smooth icing that holds its shape when piped.
• Cover with damp towel to prevent drying out.
