lime and coconut milk bread
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast, active dry
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 3 tablespoons lime zest, grated
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup coconut, flaked
- 1/2 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
- 1 cup water
Preparation:
- Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order.
- Select "white bread" and push Start.
- In hot and humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.
preparations:
- since it seemed like a lot of ingredients and it wasn't sepcified, I selected the 2lb loaf option and it turned out fine
- try it with pineapple jam!
