Probably the simplest thing you can do with them is to make a simple Louisiana style hot sauce (Tabasco®, Frank’s Red Hot and Crystal Hot Sauce are all examples of this Louisiana style). It only takes a few minutes to make.
Place the chillies and salt in a blender with a little of the vinegar and start the blender adding more vinegar as required to make a smooth sauce, you can make this as thick or as thin as you like.
Put the finished sauce into a sterilized bottle and store in the fridge for a couple of weeks at least before using. This should last a few months in the fridge if you can resist it that long?
