maple oat loaf

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2cups water
• 1 3/4 tsp. salt
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
• 2 tbsp. vegetabl oil
• 2 2/3 all-purpose flour
• 2/3 quick-cooking oats
• 1/2 cup buttermilk powder
• 1 tsp. ground ginger
• 1 3/4 bread machine yeast

Preparation:

• In a bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer.
• Select basic bread setting.
• Choose crust color and loaf size if available.
