Samantha loves the Milka chocolate from Austria and last summer we brought back some to make a special ice cream cake for Samantha's birthday.
The basic recipe for the ice cream cake came from the cookie ice cream cake Rubby made before. But instead of cookies we used white milka chocolate around the outside and made some home-made ice cream which she coloured purple for the top ice cream layer. Then we decorated the cake with Milka chocolate candies on top.
