minnie's chocolate chunk cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 package of minnie's chocolate chunk cookie mix
  (you can get this at Disney World in florida!)
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 stick (2oz) butter, softened

Preparation:

• preheat oven to 350 f
• in a bowl, beat together butter and egg until creamy
• add the package of mix and blend until everything is just combined
• do not over mix!
• drop by rounded teaspoon on to a cookie sheet
• bake for 9-11 minutes until golden brown
• let cool on sheets for a couple minutes then transfer to a wire rack
• try not to eat them all yourself.
