omelette (à la tam)

Ingredients:
- eggs (about 1 1/2 per person)
1 person - 2 eggs
2 people - 3 eggs
3 people - 4 eggs
- dash of salt and pepper
- ham
- mushrooms
- grated cheese
Preparation:
- heat a teflon pan* with oil for about 45 seconds
- Fry the ham and mushrooms until the mushrooms looked cooked (Tam was not an English Major, ok?!)
- take the mushrooms and ham out
- Pour egg into frying pan and swish the pan around (like a galette!)
- Sprinkle cheese on half the omelette
- When egg is almost cooked, put some ham and mushrooms in (on the same half of the egg as the cheese)
- When egg cooked, flip the egg and voilà... une omelette!
Note: remember to make all birds exit the kitchen before you do this!
Variation:
Also add green onions and red peppers to the ham and mushrooms.
Garnish the omelette with some diced tomatoes.
