peppered pork chops

Prepared: 2004-11-30

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons coarsely ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 4 3-ounce boneless pork chops
Preparation:
- mix all ingredients except pork chops in a small bowl.
- rub both sides of pork chops with mixture.
- refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- spray rack with non stick cooking spray.
- grill or broil for approximately 5 minutes on each side, or until pork is done.
makes 4 servings @ 167 calories per serving
