pickled hot peppers
Ingredients:
hot peppers
5 cups white vinegar
1 cup water
4 teaspoons of salt
tablespoons sugar.
Preparation:
Wash peppers and slice.
Prepare jars.
Boil vinegar, water, salt and sugar.
Pack peppers in hot jars, ladle boiling liquid on top, leave 0.5 inch headspace.
Place in hot water bath for 20 minutes.
remove and Wait for popping sound.
