raspberry mango soup

garnish this tomato soup look-alike with chopped mint

Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen raspberries, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks, thawed
- 1 1/4 cups cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup balkan-style plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp liquid honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- mint
Preparation:
- in blender, pur�e together raspberries, mango, cranberry juice, yogurt, honey and vanilla until smooth
- strain
- pour into bowls
makes 6 servings @ 118 calories per serving
