steamed bok choy

ingredients:
- 4 baby bok choy
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp water
Preparation:
- Trim each base of the baby bok choy;
- cut in half lengthwise.
- In large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Fry garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add bok choy and water.
- Cover and steam until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
Optional: sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs, such as thyme or parsley.
Makes 4 servings @ 42 calories per serving.
