Gould Lake - East and West Side Trail

My highlights were:

1) getting a photo of a red bellied woodpecker (I've never seen one in the Ottawa area)

2) Catching a garter snake with an easter newt in its mouth.

3) Although I'm now starting to see more and more rat snakes, I still enjoy every encounter.

I have now completed the RTA Blue Trails Challenge 2023! :D
