Shirleys Bay

Arrived at the parking lot after 10am and I was the only one there! I guess everyone is heading to skate on the Rideau Canal.

It was a quiet hike... eerily quiet.

The best part was heading out on the frozen bay. Although I could see the thickness from the frozen bubble in the ice, I didnt head out too far, because the moaning sounds of the river echoing made me think twice.

Since there was a lack of animals, half way through I decided to open up the geocaching app, and ended up finding 3 caches during my hike.
