Morning Skate on the Rideau Canal

Did not get the sunrise that was in the forecast, but met up with a friend and enjoyed an early morning skate.

We ended up doing about 28km (back and forth 3 times).

So nice having the canal open!

Definitely will go back again and try for a proper sunrise skate a few more times if the canal stays open for a while.
