Decided to order some groceries (still no van) and was going to make 2 different recipes but then decided to double this one so I would have some to freeze.
I probably should have gotten some parsley or corriander to put on top, becaue visually it is not that exicting to look at.
I also screwed up the recipe. It called for curry powder (hence the title of the recipe), but I ended up putting in chili powder instead! oops!
When I was done cooking, I knew something was off and that is when I realised my mistake. I ended up just dumping a bunch of curry powder in at the end.
I could have easily turned these 8 portions into 16 portions by having it with a side of rice, but I figured the lentils were enough.
