Chapman Mills Conservation Area

I'm doing my daily run with a group this evening, so instead of running, I headed over to my usual spot for a quick lunchtime walk because the weather is just so nice today.

The water level is current up and at first I was thinking that I should go get my kayak... but then I saw that the current is pretty strong and there is still lots of ice and logs floating down the river just waiting to knock a kayaker over. lol

Passed by the tree I decorated for xmas and noticed a few ornaments that I missed when I collected them (must have been buried in the snow back then).

Other than that, I just enjoyed the weather and watching the ice chucks float down the river. Especially the ones with surfing seagulls on them.
