RTA Lock Endeavour Challenge

I woke up early this morning, so I decided to go finish the RTA Lock Endeavour Challenge, which consists of visiting all the locks between Ottawa and Kingston. I decided to do this challenge by bike. I had done more than half last year, but my bike broke down, so I wasn’t able to finish it. Instead of trying to coordinate a pickup in Kingston, I just biked there and back (just shy of 120km). One day I’ll canoe the entire canal at once, camping at the locks along the way… anyone else have this on their bucket list? Lots of deer and snapping turtles early in the morning, and lots of swans throughout the day. I didn’t really take any photos while biking, so most are from the various locks I visited today. Now to submit my achievement and get another badge/patch! :D
