Although I've gone kayaking numerous times already this year, this was the first time I took out my canoe. There were so many frogs. There were also lots of turtles, but most of them were in the water, expect for a tiny baby one. No night or blue herons this time, but lots of green herons. A pack of 13 baby wood ducks with their mom And finally in the parking lot, there were 4 cats (another person there said they've seen as many as 10). I assume they are farm cats from across the road.
