Canoeing on the Rideau River

a muskrat

a couple of blue herons

smooth sailing... i guess is hould say... smooth canoeing

a perfect evening to be out on the water

one of the beaches along the rideau river

lots of ducks eating the algae near the shore lines

row, row, row your boat...

a sea monster!... ok, it's another muskrat

the sunlight made all the trees looks very bright green

a couple strokes and the we could glide down the river.

a little bit of seaweed in some spots

a boat port

a blue heron

maybe i'll quit my job and become a pirate

the sun is starting to set...

all packed up and ready to head home.
