Car Accident - Chevrolet Cavalier

As I turned on my road while coming home from work, I noticed that a truck was also going to be coming down my road behind me. Having seen the truck, I intentionally signaled that I was going to turn into my driveway earlier than usual due to the road conditions (There was freezing rain the night before so my road was icy), but unfortunately although the other driver said that he did see me braking & signaling, he was just unable to stop in time. So boom! he rear ended me. My car did a 180 degree spin and then landed in the ditch, then boom! his truck then hit me again! Turns out it was a neighbour from down the street. We seem to be meeting a lot of our neighbour in very interesting manners. The first tow truck couldn’t get my car out of the ditch because the road condition was so icy that it could get a grip. A second, more powerful tow truck was called in, and after a few various unsuccessful attempts, it was finally able to pull the car our from the ditch and brought it to the car graveyard. So other than some car damage, everyone was ok.
