Pumpkin Patch

we arrive at the pumpkin patch

there are still a lot of pumpkins to choose from

looks like someone is taking a little too close of a look

joe wonders how we can possibly carry such huge pumpkins!

helena has her own method for choosing the right pumpkin

khalil is explaining to joe the fine art of pumpkin choosing

joe thinks he's found a good one.

samantha goes for the tiny pumpkins

 
scarecrows can be found throughout the pumpkin patch

khalil is quite proud of his... hmmm.. not quite sure what that is?!

a wall of corn... must be from cornwall.

samantha gives her sales pitch on the little pumpkins

joe decides to get one.

strawberry corn... i wonder if it taste more like strawberries or more like corn.

is this a squash or a melted candle?

hay! pumpkins!

business must be good... here comes another tractor load!

helena checks out sam's picks

yup... these are definately the ones that sam is leaving with

joe decides to go for the big haul

samantha thinks a wagon might help collect all the pumpkins

although she won't let go of her little pumpkins, sam tries to grab a large one too!

joe decides he would much rather go on a wagon ride

silly finally picks... no, not her nose... a pumpkin!

helena is having a great time running around.

time to load the wagon!

khalil offers the kids a wagon ride!

very pretty corn... but we came for the pumpkins!

the kids wonder where the driver went?

2 out of 3 smiling kids approve the pumpkin patch experience.

khalil hauling away all the little pumpkins

a good time was had by all and everyone wants to come back again next year!
