Dinosaur rhymes

Here are a few more dinosaurs we saw at Prehistoric World. Using the descriptions on the signs, put together these dinosaur rhymes inspired by one of Samantha's books ("Big Rex and Friends" by Roger Priddgy). Enjoy!

Othnielia: As dinosaurs go Othnielia's swell; She's agile and fast like a gazelle.

Pteranodon: Pteranodon glides through the sky with a swish. Like a pelican, this bird likes fish!

Glyptodon: With his armour Glypto looks like an armadillo for sure, if you get hit by his tail there is no cure!

Baluchitherium: Bali's the largest land mammal yet discovered, at 30 tons this rhino eats twigs like no other!

Arsinoitherium: This elephant guy has lots of class. He looks like a rhino and eats lots of grass.

Palaeotherium: Palaeotherium was gentle of course, this tiny guy came before the horse.

Dinornis Maximus: Dino Max was an ostrich bird - the biggest one! (or so we've heard)

Diprotodont: This ancient wombat was very quiet. Two front teeth called for a veggie diet.

Woolly mammoth: This woolly can't find a disguise That would hide his very mammoth size.

Pachysephalosaurus: As pachysephalosaurus turns, we see it's really Mr. Burns.

Brontosaurus: Bronty's neck can reach up high. She's 40 tons, I tell no lies!...

... Her stomach grinds up leaves with stones, and her tail has almost 80 bones.

Tyrannosaurus rex: Eating meat is his favourite thing. This T-Rex is the tyrant king.

Stegosaurus: "His back and tail are very spiny but Steggy's brain is really tiny!"*

Cetiosaurus: This reptile was like a great big whale. It would be fun to slide down his tail!

Ouranosaurus: To keep his blood cool when the weather got hot this 'brave' guy used his sail a lot.

Protoceratops: Horns himself he didn't have any, but with neck shield and head bone he was the prototype for many!

Iguanodon: Iguanodon is known for his spikey thumb, to get caught by him would be very dumb!

The Rubbysaurus likes to climb... on any tree stump he can find!

Pull the finger on grandpasaurus and a yucky smell will surely follow!
