Baxter Conservation Area Beach

This year we finally decided to buy a parking pass from the Rideau Valley Conservation Authority and since we wanted to get our money's worth, we finally managed to make it to the beach there a couple of times with Samantha. We were lucky that the times we went were relatively quiet (ok, once we actually had the entire beach to ourselves!). Samantha had lots of fun both splashing in the water and playing in the sand.

Rubby and Sam quickly wade in to check out the water.

Samantha seems quite at ease in the water.
