When Samantha heard that Grandma had invited her to a Halloween party in Johnstown, she was super excited. Even more so, when the party had crafts galore! The busy little spider spun from table to table doing her crafts, and we managed to get them all done before the end of the party and in time for the prize draw. Of course the absolute best part of the party was... when they announced there'd be another party at Easter! *grin*
Time to make a ghostly face necklace!
Poppa gets to be the model/carrier of the finished crafts.
Samantha making kleenex ghosts.
A ghostly mobile.
...along came a spider...
Cupcake decorating is a great craft...
...cause you get to snack right away!
Voila, some beautiful pumpkin art!
Sigh, all this crafting is such hard work!
"Hoot, hoot! I'm an owl!"
And this is Samantha's friend Hoot, the baby owl.
Last craft... a 'malted' house.
Samantha with her loot bag and prize... now she's really ready to go trick or treating!
By the time we got back home, Christopher was waking up from his nap...
... and hanging out with grandpa.
