November 13: Puerto Madryn to Esquel: Paseo de los Indios

After los Altares we figured we wouldn't make any more stops. But at one point we came across a path that led up a hill with some sort of shrine at the top. The kids were asleep so Rubby climbed up the hill to check it out. Turned out this was at Paseo de los Indios. Where the actual town was we weren't sure but Rubby enjoyed the panoramic view before coming back to the car.

It's hard to tell from a distance what the rocks spell out.

But Rubby was able to get a good shot... "Paseo de los Indios"

Contemplating living room colours again... indian red, olive green and wheat grass ;-)

From the top of the hill Rubby gets a great view of the Chubut river and some roads... no sign of the town though.

View back down to the highway we're driving along.
