November 27: The Barbie Store: The Barbie Store

The Barbie Store, as one might guess, is a shop full of Barbie stuff. But in Argentina they know how to cater to kids, and this Barbie store was plenty more than just a store! Christine had heard about it from a friend of hers and was just waiting for a visit from Samantha to have an excuse to have a girls' day out. ;-)

At the end of our visit Auntie Christine let Samantha pick out one item from the Barbie store and after much deliberation and agonizing over the choices, Samantha picked out a Thumbelina fairy, one of Samantha's most prized possessions. Thank you Auntie Christine!

As we leave Christine's apartment, we have to make the mandatory stop to see the turtles.
