Back at Uri's the kids quickly beelined to the tractor and trucks toys behind the house but they only got in about 15 minutes of play time before it started to rain. So we moved indoors and the kids played until supper time. Rubby and Opa got to have some smoked fish that Annemarie had brought from the Salzburg area and then the rest of us had Marillen and Zwetschkenknoedln (apricot and plum dumplings), a favourite with the kids.
The rain was getting worse and the thunder and lightning was starting so Rubby decided to quickly bring the kids back to the hotel, carrying Christopher on his shoulders. Back at the hotel the kids got ready for bed and then coloured and watched a bit of tv. We watched as Christopher could barely hold up his head and was falling asleep at the table so it was off to bed for the kids and we watched some tv, did computer updates and relaxed before bed.

We met up with Winnauer Wawe who was just heading home after a visit with Uri.
Opa and Rubby got to try some special smoked fish that Annemarie had brought for them.

It's always fun to check out the local tastes in junk food. Wasabi chips... not so tasty!
The kids got hooked on the cartoon "Bibi" during our trip.
Christopher can barely manage to hold his head up while watching TV.
It didn't take long before he fell asleep!
