When I booked time off, I was originally supposed to go to the Dominican Republic. But my trip ended getting cancelled days before so I decided to keep my time off and go do a 3 day winter camping getaway in Algonquin Park instead!

I must admit, I enjoyed the warm weather I had, but I actually would have liked it to be a bit colder.

As most people, I had visions of seeing all kinds of wildlife, but in the end, no luck on this trip. An owl was the highlight. I did see a fox and a bald eagle on the drive home. lol

I don't have a Westfalia, but I'm making small improvements to my Grand Caravan, so that I can have a taste of living the van life. Including small details like adding decoration on my rear view mirror.
