Day 7: Freshwater Lake Trail
The sun is starting to peak out as we arrive at Ingonish Beach where we head off on the Freshwater Lake Trail.
We saw an otter or muskrat or something slip into the water and swim away.
Mommy...
...and baby ducks are out for a little swim.
Some of the berries are still in blossom stage.
Looking across the Freshwater Lake we can see Cape Smokey ski resort.
I can see why there's a loon alert here!
We arrive at the Freshwater Lake beach.
Where is everybody?!
looks like we have the place to ourselves.
I think Samantha is getting hungry!
We head back to Ingonish Beach and the car to get some lunch.
